Shipping

For the items that have a shipping charge, it varies with the weight and type of product. The shipping charge of a product, if any is displayed during the check out process. Books will be dispatched to you within 2 working days of realisation of the payment. Mode of dispatch will be cost-effective shipping options like Standard Courier Service / India Post. Delivery time will be 6-14 days. Once your order is shipped, you will get a mail informing you of the courier company/Registered post tracking details. The package can be tracked on the courier company’s web site/India post website. Deliveries are made during office hours 9am to 7pm if it is send through India Post. The couriers deliver during office hours and for more specific details you can contact the courier company directly. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Any out-of-stock items in your order will automatically shipped separately.

Returns

If you receive a book that is damaged/ defective or receive a wrong book, feel free to contact us and obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Return the defective item to us within 7 days of receipt and we will gladly replace it. Please put the RMA number on your package. Only packages having an RMA number are accepted. Replacement will be subject to availability of the same with Media House. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You cannot return the book if you don’t like it, so before buying you can read the reviews about the book by other readers or about the book and make a decision to buy or not to buy the book.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Otherwise we will issue you a cheque or does a bank transfer if you give us the required information’s for doing the same.
