Technology- Driven Paradigms In Commerce
About the Book
The strength of a nation ties in its resourceful people. India will have the largest young workforce by 2020, as we are one of the youngest countries in the world with 65 percent of the population under the age of 35. There are a number of “feel good” factors which will boost the economy of this great nation, factors such as political stability, futuristic economic and fiscal policies and a strong youthful leadership which will play a key role in making India a vibrant nation. Technology is seen as a vital link to enable organizations to invent, re-invent, grow and transform. In the words of Mc Kinsey who said, Businesses ought to stay in the race, win the race and change the rules. As businesses and competition grow, newer technologies and strategies are needed to sustain them. A thorough knowledge of the internal and external environment of a business will go a Long way in building a business strategically. This book seeks to provide an original thought provoking insight into “Technology-Driven Paradigms in Commerce” with special focus on innovative themes in the areas of marketing, human resources management and finance. It is our noble endeavor that this edited volume through its simple and lucid array of articles would benefit the teaching fraternity, students and community at large.
