New Trends in Business Management The book “New Trends in Business Management” tries to identify the challenges existing in the field of management and transform them into opportunities. Chief Editor: Dr. Jincy Johny is a lecturer in Commerce and Management, Bishop Kurialacherry College for Women, Amalagiri, Kottayam, Kerala. She completed M. Corn, M.B.A and Ph. D from M. G. University, Kottayam, Kerala. She has published 15 articles and 2 books in national and international level.

Sreeresh D is working as an Assistant Professor at Post Graduate and Research Department of Commerce, Bishop Abraham Memorial College, Thuruthicad, Pathanamthitta, Kerala. He obtained his Master’s Degree in Commerce from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam. He has written more than 10 articles in different journals and edited books. He has made more than 15 presentations in national and international seminars. He is also a life time member of Indian Accounting Association.

George Sebastian is an Assistant Professor in the Post Graduate Department of Commerce (S.F.), K. E College, Mannanam. He is a Post Graduate in Commerce and Business Administration. He passed National Eligibility Test (NET) and State Eligibility Test(SET)and has one year teaching experience. He has published journals and articles in leading publications and presented research papers in international and national seminars. He has participated in 5 Faculty Development Programmes and 10 seminars.

Cyril Manuel is an Assistant Professor in the M.Com PGDM Department at Marian College Kuttikkanam (Autonomous), Affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam. He received his Master’s Degree in Commerce from M.G. University, Master’s Degree in Economics from IGNOU and MBA from Bharathiar University. He has presented papers in 8 international, 17 national and 21 regional seminars and conferences.

Jyothi Maria Johny is a research scholar at the Department of Commerce, University of Kerala. She did her Masters in Commerce from M.G. University and M.Phil from the University of Kerala. She also worked as a lecturer atthe Department of Commerce and Computer Science, St. Thomas College, Pala. She has published 13 articles in national and international journals.
