About the book
Justice DemolishedFrom Babri Masjid to Ram Temple Demolition of Babri Masjid, which was termed by Supreme Court as a crime, was also the attack on the values of Indian Constitution. Starting from Rath Yatras to Babri Demolition and now the inauguration of temple by Narendra Modi, it has been a calculated attempt by the RSS Combine to use the issue for electoral and political gains. This book traces the history from impeccable sources to show that there was no evidence of Lord Ram having been born there. It also takes up for analysis the different phases of the dispute raised. The blatant use of the issue to demonize the minorities is brought to the fore. Various judgments of the case are analyzed to demonstrate that many of the judgments had been given for reasons which were based on people’s faith. The role of state, its acts of omission and commission which led to present scenario is outlined by renowned contributors. The report of Liberhan Commission is also summed up and its conclusions underlined. The fear is that such issues may be raked up by communal forces for political gains which are lurking on political spectrum.
